Olympic Torch Comes To Capel!
|
|
|
|
The Dover Schools Olympic Torch got off to a brilliant start at Capel-le-Ferne Primary School. Lucky pupils Max and Katie proudly ran into the school holding a replica of the torch, accompanied by Dover Extended Services Project Officer Hayley Ince. Class 3 have produced their own 'Olympic Anthem'. Watch the video!

Katie from Class 6 represented Capel as well as all the other Dover Schools at this years Kent Primary School Children's Council. It was an amazing day and Katie asked questions and contributed to all of the discussions. Well done! The event was also filmed by Kent TV click here to see the feature.

Partner French School Visit

|
Members of staff from our partner school, Ecole Vermeer in Ville Église near Calais, visited Capel-le-Ferne last week. Headteacher Gregory Lefebvre said he was delighted to visit and looks forward to working with us to promote language skills amongst pupils on both sides of the channel.
